Your tools.
Your process.
Working together.

We build custom AI and workflow automations that connect your inbox, business systems and shared files. Start with a repeated process such as project handover, onboarding or data entry.

Start with a process you already repeat.

The best starting point is a clear piece of work with a recognisable trigger and a useful result. We map it with you before choosing the tools.

How we make it useful.

01

Map the process

Identify the trigger, required information, exceptions and owner.

02

Build the connections

Connect the necessary tools and define the checks and handovers.

03

Test in your workflow

Run through representative cases with your team before relying on the system.

What this looks like in practice.

Document sorting and project setup

When a job is awarded, finding the right tender documents and transferring their details can become a repeated admin task. The CIS workflow locates matching documents in Dropbox, extracts the project information and passes it into the company’s setup process. Project records, accounting and shared folders can then start from the same source information.

Reducing manual data handling and reporting

Copying information between exports, workbooks and reports creates work before the review can even begin. Jamie’s cost-report tool brings uploaded exports or read-only accounting data together with a quote workbook, then prepares a report and filled workbook. It is one example of an internal admin assistant that brings repeated tasks into one place, while the team checks the output.

A few practical
questions.

Do we have to replace our existing tools?

Usually the aim is to connect the tools you already use. We check their integration options and limitations during scoping; some systems may need an alternative approach.

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Rules and direct integrations often handle predictable steps well. AI is useful where varied documents, language or classification need interpretation.

What happens when something needs a person?

We define the exceptions and review points during scoping, including who should be notified and what information they need to continue.

How does the free first automation work?

The first automation is scoped on the free 45-minute call. We agree what it includes and which tools it needs. Any third-party costs and ongoing support arrangements should be clarified before work begins.

Can you reduce double handling without changing our software?

Often the useful first step is to connect existing files, exports and systems. We check what each tool can read or write, then scope where information can be transferred automatically and where someone still needs to review it.

Bring us the busywork.

We’ll help you find a useful place to start, then scope your first automation. Built around your business, inside the tools you use.
