Hi there. This is Rebecca Jeavons from LINK Business Broking here in New Zealand. We've been engaged with Systematic Geeks now for a couple of months, and they have been a great partner for delivering automations and build developments in our business. A particular project that we have expanded and are currently delivering on is our IM generator, which is generating copy and content for our brokers for information memorandums based on information provided about the business.

They have looked at a very manual, slow, and tedious process and completely built a tool around to automate it for our brokers. The tool is super awesome to use, really intuitive, and along the whole process, Kade has been working with us on ideas to further enhance the opportunity for the brokers. I couldn't recommend their communication and delivery enough, so much so that we've continued to work with Kade and Systematic Geeks on a number of projects and will do for the foreseeable future. They've been a great asset to our business, and I encourage everyone to utilize the support that they provide.

A simplified walkthrough of LINK’s information memorandum workflow.

  1. The problem

Another business. Another document to assemble.

Questionnaire answers, business details and supporting files need to become one consistent document. Gathering, structuring and formatting that information is repeated work.

  2. What we automate

Prepare the draft and format the document.

The workflow brings supplied information into the LINK portal, prepares the document sections and applies the organisation’s template after the broker reviews the content.

  3. The outcome

A consistent document, ready for the next step.

The broker gets a branded PDF from the reviewed content. Their attention stays on checking the business facts and final wording, with the document assembly handled by the workflow.

Explore the LINK project

The work before the workflow.

An information memorandum brings together a business’s story, operating details and supporting information. Preparing it involves turning varied source material into a consistent document, then reviewing it carefully before sharing.

What we built around it.

The LINK portal takes information gathered through the external questionnaire process and helps prepare the document sections. Brokers can review and edit the content, then generate a PDF using LINK’s document templates.

01

Bring in the information

Use the supplied questionnaire responses and supporting material.

02

Prepare and review

AI drafts the document sections; the broker checks and refines them.

03

Create the document

Reviewed content becomes a branded PDF for the broker’s next step.

What the system does.

  • AI-assisted preparation of information memorandum content.
  • A review and editing step before the finished document.
  • PDF generation using the organisation’s own document templates.
  • A portal that keeps the document workflow in one place.

People stay in control.

The broker remains responsible for checking the business facts, wording and final document. AI prepares the draft from the source material; it does not verify a business’s financial or commercial claims.

The useful output.

The output is a reviewed document in the required branded format. The broker can move from source information to an editable draft and then to a PDF within the same workflow.
